Please read these General Terms of Use ("General Terms") carefully before continuing and using Bedal Smart Connect (BSC). Downloading & Using the Software indicates that you accept these General Terms.
If you do not accept these General Terms, do not proceed.

If we change these General Terms, we will post the revised document here with an updated effective date. If we make significant changes to these General Terms, we may also notify you by other means such as sending an email or posting a notice on our website.

1. Information about us

The software is owned & operated by Parcel Kiosk Limited AND Welltec Co., Ltd ("we", "our", or "us"). Parcel Kiosk Limited is registered in England and Wales under company number 09774674 and have our registered office at Invision House, Wilbury Way, Hitchin, Hertfordshire, SG4 0TY. Our VAT number is GB249022713. Welltec Co., Ltd have our registered office at 91-1 Donyu 2-ro, Munsan-eup, Paju-si, Gyeonggi-do, Korea.

2. Access to the software

2.1. We shall not be liable if for any reason the software is unavailable at any time or for any period.

2.2. From time to time, we may restrict access to all or some parts to users who have registered with us.

2.3. You must be 18 years old or older to register for use of the software.

3. Intellectual property and permitted use

3.1. We are the owner of all intellectual property rights for the software issued and are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved.

3.2. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, download, display, post or transmit in any form or by any means any content, unless prior permission is obtained in writing.

3.3. You shall use the Software exclusively to support Parcel Kiosk hardware or utilities.

5. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These General Terms are governed by English law. The English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any claim brought by you arising from, or related to, use of the license and these General Terms.
