Make sure Bedal SmartConnect has been terminated from the Task Manager.
If the problem still exist, try re-installing Bedal Smart connect with the latest version.
The last 20 of your most recent measurement/error data is stored in the log file.
If your restart Bedal SmartConnect, it will create a fresh log file automatically.
Restart Bedal by switching off/on the power switch. Bedal SmartConnect will retrieve the measuring data once
the measurement completion sound is played on Bedal.If this issue is not resolved, please contact support.
